Shipping Policy – Anime Collection India

We work hard to ensure a smooth, transparent, and reliable shipping experience for every customer. Below is a clear breakdown of our complete shipping process.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are packed and processed within 0–1 business days.

  • Delivery timelines are usually:

    • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

    • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–4 business days

    • Remote Locations / Difficult-to-Reach Areas: 3–5 business days

  • During rare high-demand periods, delivery may take slightly longer (up to 6–8 days). We always keep you updated.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid and COD orders across India.

  • No hidden delivery charges at checkout.


3. Courier Partners 

We primarily ship through Shiprocket, our main logistics provider.
Depending on location, Shiprocket may route the shipment through trusted national partners such as:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • Ecom Express

  • XpressBees

  • India Post (for remote areas)

(International couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Australia Post are not used for Indian deliveries.)


4. Location-Wise Shipping Time

Below are the average delivery timelines based on region:

5. Order Tracking (Very Clear Instructions)

Tracking your order is simple:

You’ll receive a tracking link within 24 hours after your order is placed.

b) Track Your Order Page

You can also visit our “Track Your Order” section in the main menu of our website.
Just enter your Order ID to see real-time tracking updates.

6. Missing Items Process

If you believe an item is missing from your package:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide unboxing photos or videos clearly showing the sealed parcel and contents.

  3. Our team will verify and resolve the issue quickly.

  4. If confirmed, we will send the missing item or issue a refund as per the case.


7. Delays

Anime Collection India is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier logistics issues

  • Weather disruptions

  • Local restrictions

  • Operational delays at courier hubs

  • Any unforeseen circumstances

We still support you throughout and ensure your order reaches you safely.


8. Tracking Information Transparency

  • All orders receive a unique tracking ID.

  • Tracking updates include pickup, transit, arrival at delivery center, and out-for-delivery status.

  • Customers can check updates anytime through the tracking link or our Track Your Order page.
