1. Eligibility & Timeframes
a) Defective / Damaged Items

b) Wrong Product Delivered

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

c) Order Never Arrived (Lost in Transit)

Must be reported within 30 days from the expected delivery date.

Eligible for: Full Refund or Reshipment.
d) Not Satisfied With Product Quality / Any Issue

If you donβt like the product quality, design, feel, or have any issue, you can request a return within 30 days.

The product must be in original condition and packaging.
e) Exchanges

Available for defective, damaged, wrong items, or quality-related dissatisfaction reported within the eligible timeframe.
f) Cancellation After Ordering

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

b) Wrong Product Delivered

Return shipping fully covered.

Refund or replacement after product verification.
c) Order Never Arrived

Verified with courier tracking.

Full refund or reshipment processed immediately.
d) Not Satisfied With Product Quality

Customer ships the item back in unused/original condition.

Refund processed after inspection.
e) Cancellations Before Dispatch

Full refund initiated immediately.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
