Refunds & Returns Policy

At Anime Collection India, we believe in complete customer satisfaction. We follow a transparent, fair, and customer-friendly return and refund process. Please review the conditions below.


1. Eligibility & Timeframes

a) Defective / Damaged Items

  • Must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligible for: Refund / Replacement / Exchange.

b) Wrong Product Delivered

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligible for: Refund or Replacement.

c) Order Never Arrived (Lost in Transit)

  • Must be reported within 30 days from the expected delivery date.

  • Eligible for: Full Refund or Reshipment.

d) Not Satisfied With Product Quality / Any Issue

(Updated as requested)

  • If you don’t like the product quality, design, feel, or have any issue, you can request a return within 30 days.

  • Eligible for: Return & Refund.

  • The product must be in original condition and packaging.

e) Exchanges

  • Available for defective, damaged, wrong items, or quality-related dissatisfaction reported within the eligible timeframe.

f) Cancellation After Ordering

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.


2. How to Request a Refund or Return

Please provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos (for damaged/defective/wrong product cases)

  • Description of the issue

Our team will verify and confirm eligibility.
If approved, return instructions or pickup will be arranged.


3. Process for Each Return / Refund Type

a) Defective / Damaged Items

  • Return shipping covered by Anime Collection India.

  • Pickup or prepaid return label provided.

  • Refund or replacement issued after inspection.

b) Wrong Product Delivered

  • Return shipping fully covered.

  • Refund or replacement after product verification.

c) Order Never Arrived

  • Verified with courier tracking.

  • Full refund or reshipment processed immediately.

d) Not Satisfied With Product Quality

  • Customer ships the item back in unused/original condition.

  • Refund processed after inspection.

e) Cancellations Before Dispatch

  • Full refund initiated immediately.


4. Refund Method & Timeline

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment source:

  • UPI

  • Bank Transfer

Refund Timeline

  • Refund is processed after the returned item is received and verified.

  • Settlement time: 3–10 business days, depending on bank/payment provider.

  • Customers get email/SMS confirmation once refund is initiated.


5. Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • All issues must be reported within stated timeframes.

  • Products must be returned in original condition unless defective/damaged.

  • Returns for quality dissatisfaction require the product to be unused and in original packaging.
